As laid out here, the arena has a 56 vehicle capacity. Each stall is a generous 11' wide by 20+' in depth.
Indoor Arena Information: SOLD OUT! Parking stalls are reserved. Vehicles will be parked in assigned stalls. Stall locations are determined by lottery. Your stall is reserved for the entire show weekend. Indoor arena parking is limited to 56 vehicles. The DuPage Expo Center indoor arena is easy to enter and exit, carpeted, clean, air conditioned has excellent overhead lighting. The front lobby includes a lunch counter, tables & chairs, wash rooms and will house show management & registration. This is simply a great facility! It is located adjacent to the 12+ acre grass show field and an easy walk from The Hilton Garden Inn, St. Charles.
Note: A $100 arena registration fee includes 2 day show registration and must be pre-paid. Due to the cost of renting this facility, this registration fee is not refundable. Arena Reservation Request Process: SOLD OUT! Due to the limited number of indoor parking stalls (56), and the typical high demand for them, we are using an arena parking application system. Here is how it works: #1: Send an e-mail indicating you wish to park in the arena - Details. √ Date & time stamp on message determines application sequence. √ If space remains, your reservation is recorded and you will be notified. #2: Confirmed reservations must be paid within 7 days (or canceled). √ Send no money until instructed to do so! #3: Once payment is received, you will be entered in the location lottery. √ You will be notified that your arena parking reservation is confirmed. #4: Once arena has been sold out, a location lottery will be conducted. √ A detailed reservation form will be sent to you. √ You will be notified which stall number has been assigned to you. Note: We take these steps because we want to be correct and fair in how we manage this, and all other aspects of our show. As has always been the case, 100% or the parking stalls will be paid for at the same $100 rate; no exceptions. Club Officers and Show Planning Committee Members ARE NOT EXEMPT.
